- DADaniela Maldonado ArcilaDec 28, 20251.0The groomers have an attitude, took my dog to get a bath on 12/27 and they told me thah they needed her rabies vaccine updated, after I was finally able to get the paper work i made the appointment again on 12/28 and when i took her they refused the service because the paper said “printed at 4:00” and she actually had gotten her vaccine at 12:00pm but they said they had to go by when the paper was printed. 30 min after putting every excuse finally joe Comes and saids that Ryan the manager put a note that said that they were going to referred me somewhere else and refused the service without an explanation and having a little Nasty attitude all the time. I WILL NOT TAKE MY DOG HERE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN. This place is so unprofessional and needs better costumer service.

Then your attended by a person dragging their rear and adding all kinds of services my pet doesn't even require. Poor quality cut and over $108.00 for a 9 lbs dog ....that got shaved down
