Fui el día 6/28 confiando en que iban a hacer un buen trabajo pero FUE todo lo contrario me dejaron a mi perrito con el cuerpo calvo y el cuello y cabeza peludos parece un puro leon. Ese mismo día llame a customer service y no me solucionaron nada no tomaron enserio nada!!! El manager que estaba ese día creo que se llama (Ryan) ya no me acuerdo fue un patan se porto de lo peor y primero me dicen que el grooming me costaba $38 y luego cuando voy a pagar me dicen que es $70. Que falta de respeto tanto para la mascota como para mi (dueña). JAMÁS VOLVERÉ A ESTE LUGAR….. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR GROOMING IS THE WORST… they didn’t know how to make a grooming.
