  I always have a wonderful experience at this Petco. The staff is extremely professional and genuinely loving toward my dogs, which means so much to me. You can tell they truly care about the animals. I brought my Doxie puppy for his first haircut and as any dog parent can understand, I was anxious about this first visit. Jocelyn ensured that my puppy was comfortable and happy, which in turn made me feel calm. Hours after I had already picked him up, she sends me the attached picture thanking me for entrusting her with my puppy. Truly the definition of going above and beyond!! Thank you, Jocelyn!! The store is always fully stocked, well organized, and very clean. It makes shopping there easy and enjoyable every time. Highly recommend this location to any pet parent looking for great service and a welcoming environment!

  We groom our girl Gretta here with Courtney and she’s amazing! She’s always super sweet, leaves our girl looking amazing and pays attention to detail. She sends us home with holiday pics of our girl which we cherish 💓 We will continue to book with her✨ we also get report cards with how she did during the service and what services were applied which is nice to have!

  Took our Indie to this Petco this morning for a “grooming” (bath) with an added deshedding package. What was actually done?? We know he sheds a lot but we see ZERO difference! I asked for a recommendation for a better type of brush - good brush, but he’s shedding just as bad as if he hadn’t had ANYTHING done. We’re extremely disappointed - and wasted $85! He doesn’t get trimmed or anything, so it was that much money for just a bath (we think - they could have just spritzed him with something). Oh - and he got a bandanna tied to him 🙄 AND they scheduled a follow up appointment without asking me. 👎

  Went to petco for some blood test for my puppy, never got the results!! Hours later needed to go to ER cause was popping blood and the doctor asked why you guys didn’t send him to ER, he almost died!! So thank you petco for nothing, YOU GUYS SUCK!

  We were delighted with the careful grooming and finished result that JOSELYN gave our beloved doggie PUA at the Kissimmee Osceola location of Petco. Jocelyn, a pet parent herself, really takes pride in her work, and does not rush and does not cut corners with any aspects of the grooming experience for her pet clients. We had booked "the works", the bath and haircut, plus the Winter Special package. At pick-up I noticed that Jocelyn had gone above and beyond, not only grinding Pua's nails "just right"-(so they no longer made a clicking sound on tile) but also Joselyn noticed a slight tummy upset in Pua- (Pua's food had varied the night b4)- and Joselyn suggested pumpkin to calm Pua's stomach until she saw her vet, which I appreciated so much. As for Pua's appearance- she's never looked more adorable! Joselyn had suggested a blended blade- (for thicker hair look)- and added to the perfect cut, she'd placed little pink poms by Pua's ears to match the pink print in the artfully tied bandana that was part of the Winter Special package. The package also featured a seasonal berry shampoo and conditioner, so Pua smelled wonderful. Pua looked super-cute, and Joselyn even took Pua's image for me. Definitely book JOSELYN for your beloved pet's next grooming appointment and you'll be super pleased. Thanks, Joselyn!- from Elaine and Pua
