He explained the whole process to us, assuring us that if she was too timid or uncomfortable he wouldn’t do the full cleaning. He’d go at her pace. (She had been groomed by a mobile groomer back in NH many times but this wouod be a new experience for her) She loved him. Took immediately to his presence and as her dog mom, felt very comfortable walking away and doing shopping next door.

- RHRachael HoskinsNov 8, 20251.0Usually have a good experience with Vetco, but made an appointment for vaccinations weeks in advance and when we arrived for the appointment on a busy Saturday we waited inside the store for over 30 minutes after check in to even be approached by a tech and after being told they would be right back, waited an additional 30 minutes with 2 stressed out dogs watching others pets come in after us and be put in a waiting room before we gave up and asked to cancel the appointment. I love the vital care program and the grooming at this location, but this experience from appointment booking, confusion on what we were there for, to the lack of actual appointment makes me questions staying with Petco.

I have to say I’m so impressed with PETCO especially Courtney. Courtney is amazing with our Georgia. My husband and I explained what we needed and Georgia looked and smelled great!!! We look forward into bringing Georgia in as a regular.
- AMAlexa MedinaOct 25, 20251.0If I could give this place 0 starts I would they don’t even deserve one star the whole staff was rude I went in because my old cat was throwing up and I wanted to get some medicine for her, “There exact words was you should euthanasia her “ my cat has never had any health problems besides 1 ear infection so she’s greatly taken care of but that was there recommendation with out checking her out then they wanted me to pay $1000 for test after they just told me to put her down which I would never do after they realized I wouldn’t pay they left us in the room for 45 minutes I will never come back
