  Idk if it was to early or what but Valeria the cashier at that time needs a little bit more smiling cuz baby life is short and she seems so miserable . Costumer service is everything to me . The store is ok cleaning wise smells a bit compare to the location in 535 Vineland , not a lot of Toy selection but I was in the area but I don’t think I would come back

  I was in this location on Thursday with my husband and had a terrible experience with an associate named Noah. She was condescending, rude, and quite frankly shouldn’t be working in customer service. My husband asked if she would show him where a specific Natures Miracle was located since he couldn’t find it and being we are older we didn’t want to have to go searching around the whole store. Miss Noah said that she was too busy and she would have to have another person help us since she can’t. When we asked if she could just quickly point in the right direction she stormed off while mumbling under her breath. We assumed she was going to have someone meet us to direct us to the right spot and no one ever came. We ended up leaving empty handed. This is how the youth treats the older generation. I’m deeply disappointed that Petco would employ an individual like this. I’ll make my way over to PetSmart as we have never had anything like this happen there!! I will be contacting corporate as well.

  My family and I were helped by Shawn in the fish section, and he was absolutely fantastic! He really knew his stuff—extremely knowledgeable about the different fish, patient in explaining our options, and even helped us choose one that was a perfect fit. His passion for what he does really shows. Thank you, Shawn, for the great experience!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernadette – Petco Kissimmee Dog Trainer Bernadette is an outstanding trainer with incredible knowledge of dog psychology and behavior. She takes the time to explain why dogs do what they do and helps owners understand how their own actions shape those behaviors. We’ve learned so much from her guidance. She also gave us valuable insight into managing behaviors at home and in everyday situations, which has made such a difference. Her calm, confident presence immediately earns the dogs’ respect, and she demonstrates how to achieve that same balance as owners. Our red Poodles, Dolly and Brooks, respond beautifully to her approach and act like angels when she’s with them. Bernadette truly loves what she does, and it shows in the results. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants a deeper understanding of their dogs and lasting, positive change. 🐾❤️

  I went into this store to buy some treats for a KONG I bought. I was in there with my wife and It just hit me I had to use the bathroom bad. This was about 45 mins before they were closing. One of the bathrooms had 2 employees in it with the door opened and they were in there talking. It seemed like they were trying to clean it and even though I had to go to the bathroom bad I understood when they said I couldn't use that one but I did see there was another bathroom available. I asked them if I could use that one. They told me I couldn't because someone was already using it. I asked if I could use it after that person was done because I really had to go and they said no because they were gonna clean it and closing. I went to the front and explained to a clerk at the front that I really needed to use the bathroom could they help, they said sure but when they asked the Manager who was standing beside them the Manager told me I couldn't use it because they were cleaning it and there were chemicals in there. I told him that was not true because another customer was still in there. He didn't care he said no I couldn't use it. His name is Joe. I'm not someone that likes to use the race card but something tells me Joe didn't want to help me because I didn't look like him or he just wanted to not be a nice guy. He obviously lied and didn't care that I was a customer purchasing items. I will never buy at Petco again and they will respond with their generic sorry and a number to call but they don't care because when you call the line it's pretty much a bogus customer service line that does nothing. But they make it look like they care because they responded. I know this because my wife left a review and this is what we got back from them. Save your money and go to Petsmart. Joe, I hope that grin on your face when you told me no made you feel better even though you knew I really needed to go.
