  Today I called in with an emergency needing oxygen for one of our French bulldogs puppies after being totally disregarded by Poinciana Pet Clinic by Walmart in Poinciana. They rushed my puppy in and placed her on oxygen and waived my visit fee since it was my first time using their services. They got my pup breathing and sent me home with a small fee for the oxygen and testing. I truly appreciate the Vet on staff, Datoya and Blake! They were absolutely amazing! I can’t thank them enough for their help in saving our puppy and their superb customer service and care.

  Do not get your reptiles here. Especially the snakes. This is not the first time I've seen mites on the snakes but its the worst I've seen them. I went to inform one of the employees that it looks like the baos have mites and she was very rude and blunt said they don't have mites they were treated. Even if they were treated these snakes clearly still have mites on them. It wasn't just what she said it was the way she said it and the way she came off. I get it if you've heard it a million times but those snakes clearly have mites on them and if you don't want someone to say something put a sign up saying they don't have mites but the problem is that they do so put a sign up that they've received treatment even so they still need to continue treatment its not one and done. I'd be upset if I was new to reptiles and bought an infected snake.

  Not completely happy with stocking of your live merchandize. Under stocked of fish, plants, fish food supplements. This forces me to go out to your competitors. No one seem to take responsibility for supply requisitions. This has happened on several visits.

  Staff is always helpful and very pleasant. Self wash area is very clean and easy to use. Great selection of products.
