  So happy to have Petco near my home. Grooming, food and pet supplies are available for my pets needs. Staff is very helpful with assisting in store and during pickup!

  I'm only giving this store an additional star because the cashier was nice but the store manager Chris was a nightmare. I went and tried the self wash for my 4lb month old puppy for the first time and at first it was going great. They provide you with a towel and a rubber brush, shampoo and conditioner. The bad part came when I went to use the blowdryer to dry my puppy. The lowest setting was first of all still a little to strong but still doable BUT THE AIR ITSELF WAS COLD!! No hot air not even warm. I went and asked about what to do and the girl at the dog groomer told me I had to let it run a little, so I did for 15 minutes!! After I went to look for her again and she had gone to lunch. That's when this so called MANAGER Chris was called after I went to look for someone and had the nerve to say after feeling the air that it was "warm" and that that's how it is and has always been and it won't get any WARMER . I told him I wanted my money back if I couldn't even fry my puppy who was literally freezing since I could only towel dry him. He then proceeded to tell me I already washed my dog and question my I wanted my money back. I told him I paid 20 dollars for a full service bath NOT half and leave worse then when I started having to take my puppy home still wet and cold. He said the dryer worked fine that it was warm enough! And I proceeded to tell him that he should take a shower and dry himself with that cold air to see how he would like it. I asked for his name and a corporate number and he said and I quote "I'm not giving you anything" he walked to the front and told the cashier to refund my money and walked away. Point is this petco isn't going anywhere with leadership like that. I canceled my puppy classes I had with them and I'm hoping that someone higher up will see you'd review but if not i will definitely try to call and escalate this situation

  I am not one to do this but here I am unfortunately. I have been to the store many times as this is my local store but every time that I am assisted by Stacey it really makes going here very difficult and unpleasant, just seeing her as I walk through the door at the counter I just want to walk right back out. You can have a bad day or 2 but this lady without fail has the worst customer service experience/attention that I have ever experienced in my life. She is so rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. She has a horrible attitude she does not greet you and her demeanor is very defensive and defiant. I honestly do not know how she even works here and without fail she always has this same attitude and if it wasn’t because the next Petco is so much farther away I would not come here just because of her. As I was in line today waiting to check out she screams from behind the counter asking with an attitude mind you “are you paying cash or card” not good afternoon nothing . As I approach the counter still no greeting, as she scans the first item she demands put your phone number in no please no nothing and with a horrible attitude . My mom was paying before me and she also gave my mom the same nasty attitude not to mention her unpleasant face like she hates being there and hates the world. Someone needs to have a talk with her this is unacceptable and if I go to the store and she happens to be there and I get the same treatment I am definitely calling corporate. I am a loyal customer and I deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Petco do better .
