Just recently moved here the first time I went I simply needed a refill on my babies medication mind you my babies saw the vet one week before we got here SAME company. They still wanted to charge me for a new Patient visit, which I was not about to do when he just recently got a check up before we came. Vet bills are not cheap. I called my normal location and they informed me I can have his script shipped from chewy. So it worked out in the end and ended up being much cheaper. Today I ended up in an emergency Situation my second baby has a very bad ear infection and was bleeding just for them to tell me they go by appointments only. Don’t get me wrong I understand every place runs their establishment differently, but I just know for a fact this location just isn’t for me. The energy in the building itself is clearly not for me. I can’t and won’t speak on the type of care they provide. I can only say the welcoming was not welcoming the two times I’ve entered the establishment. But I do still hope that people that bring their fur babies there for care receives the absolute best.

This location gets 0 stars, however, I was unable to post it without selecting one. Most, if not all of my experiences at this location have been terrible. Today I made an appointment for my fur baby as he wasn’t feeling well and drove 45 mins to get there and the employee made the appointment for tomorrow. When we specifically confirmed today on the phone yesterday.. I had to go all the way back home and was extremely late to work besides my fur baby not being evaluated. This is absolutely unacceptable and not the first time. I would not recommend going to this location and I will never go back.

This was my third visit to this hospital where Mariela, the nurse who receives the dogs, assisted me, and the experience has been consistently negative. I felt a lack of empathy and genuine care for both the animals and the clients. The interaction seemed entirely focused on money—selling products and additional services—rather than truly helping or prioritizing the dog’s well-being. I believe this role requires more vocation, compassion, and customer-oriented care

Banfield is all about the money. There was a lady who brought her dog thst was pooping blood and vomiting during business hours and they said foe her to take the dog to ER. The lady did not leave until a Vet saw her dog. Their wellness program is a rip off
