    We scheduled the appointment online. We drove 45 minutes, and after we got there, the front desk didn’t assist us until 10 minutes later, to tell us that they don’t take appointments online. The availability online at this location differs from their actual spaces to attend clients.

    I didn't have good impression with the vet technician. When she discharged my puppy of 15 wks old,Chase, she said he was good not good behaved. She didn't ask us about the story behind. We're adopted Chase from the animal shelter because he was left in the Petsmart store parking lot with other 5 puppies. A week after he had surgery for a hernia on his belly and to get neuter. I think the technician needs to to better trained and understand that every pet who goes to the animal hospital can have different reasons good/bad which can cause animals behavior be affected. In addition, the wait period to the pet being discharge it took a long period. I received the call today at 1:30pm stating Chase was ready for pick up. I arrived and waited 2:45pm for my puppy to be discharged. Thank you.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience with Banfield Pet Hospital and their representative Brianna. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very little empathy or urgency when it came to my pet’s needs. Communication was poor, questions were not clearly answered, and I felt rushed rather than cared for. Appointments felt disorganized, and it seemed like customer concerns were treated as an inconvenience instead of a priority. When you’re dealing with a sick or vulnerable pet, you expect compassion, professionalism, and clear guidance — none of which I received here. I would not recommend this Banfield location to anyone who wants attentive care or respectful customer service. Pets deserve better, and so do their owners.
