    ⸻ Si pudiera dar menos estrellas, lo haría. El trato y el cobro son una grosería. Llevé a mi perro por una infección en el oído y me dieron un tratamiento diciendo que la inflamación no bajaría porque “era normal”. Cuando lo llevé a una segunda consulta, me informaron que todo había empeorado. No resuelven nada. No permiten entrar a la consulta, lo cual genera desconfianza total sobre lo que realmente hacen a puerta cerrada. También los visité por un problema de piel y solo enviaron productos que, sin un tratamiento adecuado, no iban a mejorar la condición del animal. Sinceramente, dudo que les importe la salud de las mascotas; solo quieren cobrar. Además, los supuestos beneficios de pagar una póliza no se ven por ningún lado. Al final nunca obtuve descuentos: te cobran todo como si nada. Una experiencia pésima de principio a fin.

    We arranged for an in-room consultation for our dog via the clinic's website, and the confirmation explicitly indicated that it was a scheduled appointment. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the appointment wasn't truly confirmed and that they would be unable to see us—even though we showed up on time and had the necessary documentation. To add to our frustration, when we checked the website afterward, it continued to display that appointments were available for the same time slot we had booked.

    I signed up for Banfield’s Optimum Wellness Plan online using a coupon that waived the $70+ enrollment fee and scheduled an appointment which I received an email confirmation for. The day before, I was told the appointment was actually just a “request” and had been cancelled. When I arrived for the rescheduled visit today, the staff said they couldn’t see my enrollment and asked me to re-enroll and pay the fee, even though I showed proof of my confirmation. After over an hour of waiting while they tried to sort it out, they suddenly said they could apply a different coupon after all to honor what I’d used online. By then, I’d been there for over an hour and my dog still hadn’t been seen, so I left. The whole process was disorganized, confusing, and honestly disrespectful of my time. I won’t be returning.
