- DDDanielle DittusFeb 24, 20221.0Skip, I mean not even last resort worthy, SKIP this Petco grooming salon. Took my two dogs there for a scheduled appointment. Realized my one dog was not down for a full cut. Asked for one and was denied. Then asked if nails were included. Got a snotty reply from the lady who pointed to the menu as if I’ve memorized the services and I should know. Then manager came out and told me the kennels were broken and they had to cancel. Um, maybe if the kennels are broken you should cancel before I just drove 30 minutes with 2 crying dogs in the car. Never again. Customer service comes first and this place is horrendous

My dog is not a fan of baths but she loves the people and you can tell she's excited to see the girls, yet nervous about the experience. The staff are so accommodating and pleasant. I truly can't say enough positive about them. Thank you!
