Then she couldn’t come back because they couldn’t get her in or accept her since on that new date, her shots were done 1 year and 1 day ago. One single day which was their fault. Also not a good service experience with manager who texted me.

- BCBrandon CMar 22, 20261.0Terrible service at the grooming. No other groomer, boarding facility, or club hasn’t accepted my vets proof of vaccination. I showed the record indicating proof she was vaccinated for 3 years on March 20th. They refused to accept this because it didn’t show an end date. Is it really that hard to do the math? It makes no sense. The suggestion is that maybe the date is wrong or maybe it wasn’t a 3 year vaccination. Regardless the start date is valid and was brand new. So they’re suggesting incompetence on my part and the part of my vet. Thank you Petco for wasting my time with some arbitrary rule that no one else uses.
