They wouldn't accept the 1st grooming coupon because that tech doesn't work there anymore. Not my problem, I paid over $200 on pet vacs and exam which is when it was given to me. The cashier simply wouldn't accept it but encouraged me to try "DJ, Dj's great, he's so wonderful!" Always some trickery with Petco/Vetco. Watch your dollars people!

- DDDanielle DittusFeb 24, 20221.0Skip, I mean not even last resort worthy, SKIP this Petco grooming salon. Took my two dogs there for a scheduled appointment. Realized my one dog was not down for a full cut. Asked for one and was denied. Then asked if nails were included. Got a snotty reply from the lady who pointed to the menu as if I’ve memorized the services and I should know. Then manager came out and told me the kennels were broken and they had to cancel. Um, maybe if the kennels are broken you should cancel before I just drove 30 minutes with 2 crying dogs in the car. Never again. Customer service comes first and this place is horrendous
