- JWJay WritsMay 11, 20231.0So I noticed a $.10 bag fee on my receipt. I looked it up and I understand why. You should take these extra $.10 and maybe supply a class to your employees on customer service, friendliness, and help. I’m not going to name names, but I will tell you San Jose on May 5 that morning. Definitely a store to get what you need quickly and get out. Don’t expect any service or a smile. Guess this reflects on the managers treatment towards their employees.
