  Imani was so rude and rough with my dog. I’ve never had a bad experience with grooming until today. I had to pick up my dog because he had diarrhea from the stress she put him under. I picked him up and his eyes eye also red from the man handling. My dog is so sweet and gentle to EVERYONE. This lady DOESN’T know how to treat animals and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job. Truly disappointing petco would allow these types of employees to work there ESPECIALLY Handle pets. Worst experience ever.

  Don’t get your fish here. They’re all sick. They will kill your whole tank SO fast. I’ve been back and forth with returning fish to them bc they just keep dying. And they also act like they know stuff about the fish breeds but they don’t. I have three guppies injured and one dead all because some woman there, who claims to have fish herself, said they’d be alright. I’m so tired of replacing fish, safe to say this will be my last return because I will not be buying anymore fish from Petco’s.

  Good selection of products for both cats and dogs, and as expected, pets are welcome inside, which is always a plus. They also offer an in-house veterinary clinic and a pet grooming service, making it a convenient one-stop shop for pet care. In addition, you can purchase smaller pets such as hamsters, birds, and fish. The main downside is that many of their products are significantly overpriced for what you get.

  I usually don't have a problem with Petco when we have ordered online, however today was a different story, made an order around 2:00 p.m., finally got confirmation that for some reason they were out of the dry food and the treats and that we would get reimbursed. So my husband went back in there and ordered some different dog food and treats, got a text message that it was ready for pickup along with the canned food we had purchased earlier. We get to the store only to discover that they supposedly are out of all the dry food that we had wanted to buy and they couldn't let us know that. So my husband is in the store as we speak looking for the brand of dry dog food that we buy. Why in the world can't they let you know that it's not in stock before you make the trip. Online it tells you if it's in stock or not, so when you see that it is in stock it ought to be in stock. Somebody is not keeping up with what's on the shelves. We BETTER GET EVERY DIME BACK that we lost due to them not having that particular brand of dog food and size of bag in stock.
