I tried to do the bath and Salon through the app. She would not even cooperate with me and let me see if there’s something available later of the day the way she was talking to me was very rude. I felt like she was gonna get out of the counter and beat me up. It’s that bad. Please Petco, when you hire people try to hire people without anger issues If you guys check the cameras I did not even say a word I don’t wanna reschedule. I don’t wanna come back again. I’d rather help small businesses than helping you guys. This is the worst place ever. I will never come back and I do not recommend at all, and I don’t think my dog is safe over there with people that have attitude like her. Went in with my friend for her to purchase a pleco while I grabbed stuff for my dog's birthday and the lady straight up would not sell it to her. She asked her a million questions then straight up denied the sale. As if the multitude of fish sharing a tiny square box with their friends corpses stuck on the filters are better off staying there. Heads up Petco, I can only imagine the loss of sales you might be experiencing because of your fish "expert". Let me say also, I do believe all animals should go to a trustworthy and loving home which is what my friend was trying to provide for the pleco, but instead, he will sit there and likely die. The Other staff was very kind and helpful and the sale stuff for Halloween was super cute, this was just too crazy not too share.
