"Extreme disappointment" cannot accurately describe what I feel for this location. All the years my family has been apart of this practice, it really is ending in the worst way possible. Specifically, the vet here, Dr. Bryant did my pet and I a disservice by withholding vital information that cost my family a lot of money unnecessarily. We were denied access to services from the wellness plan, and not offered any alternative. I believe I was intentionally misled to get us to renew the plan, while she knew we wouldn't be able to recieve the service we wanted. My sweet dog and our family are left to suffer the consequences of the lack of communication on her part. There was no attempt to right their wrong, only the suggestion for me to soend thousands of dollars extra for "testing", unnecessarily. I do not recommend Banfield, specifically this location or Dr. Bryant. I don't trust them and wouldn't encourage anyone else to either.

Y’all are a disgrace. Absolutely the worst vet I’ve ever dealt with.
My dog had a serious emergency — throwing up and bleeding — and y’all flat out refused to help. And for what? Because “you’re full”? He has an insurance plan with you, and y’all still turned your back on him. That is inexcusable.
I don’t care what excuses y’all have. You’re running a business that should save lives, not deny them. I’m canceling my plan immediately, and I will make damn sure everyone I know knows how worthless and irresponsible your clinic is.
Shame on you. Truly shameful.

I came to this location after having problems with the kernan location. My dog was loosing her bark and clearly was having breathing problems. I did X-rays, blood work, everything i could. I was told my dog was fine and that it was just old age. I didn’t believe this and took her for a second opinion, not only did banfield refuse to send the records of her X-rays costing me another $400, they also sent all her paper work out of order. Come to find out, my dog has a collapsing trachea in two spots and an enlarged spleen and liver which could signify cushions disease.
This is the second banfield to fail me and I’m starting to believe it’s the chain itself. They just want your money, and will tell you what you want to hear. You’ll never get to talk to a real vet, just techs who can barely answer your questions. PLEASE if you care about your pets go truly anywhere else.

Disappointing Experience
We’ve been bringing our first cat here since last year for all of his kitten shots and vaccines and had no issues. Recently, we adopted another kitten and brought both in for an appointment after finding out the new one had worms.
When I dropped them off, I was quoted a price and told the visit would take about an hour. Instead, it ended up lasting four hours. I called three times for updates, and only then did my cats start to be seen. At no point did anyone mention that the cost would end up being more than $200 over the original quote.
This created a lot of frustration, as I missed work calls while waiting around the town center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. When I finally picked them up, I was told they would still need additional treatment and, despite being told they were “ready,” I still had to wait. To top it off, both cats smelled strongly of urine in their carrier, which was concerning since I was told they’d be placed in rooms.
I value good communication and transparency, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. Because of this, I’ll be seeking care elsewhere moving forward

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
