  I’ve been a customer of Banfield for 16 years My cats have received adequate care I have a problem with the “plan” continuing to charge for months after my pet has died

  You killed my cat she was like a daughter to me. I had her since she was old enough to leave her mother. She was a young Cat. I trusted you with her life and you took her life. Someone at your facility intentionally caused a problem that caused her to die. Must have been one of the Assistance. I will never recommend your company to anyone. I also took her to the Saint Augustine location a day or two before she died because she was very weak and limp and they did nothing to help. Her just laughed as she fell on the table. Such a heartless evil place. You say you’re there to help peoples pets, but it does not show. There is nothing that you can do to make it better. It’s like a piece of me was taken away. When I took her to the emergency vet clinic in Saint Augustine after she passed away, they clarified and said it was something that happened during operation or she was given too much anesthesia. There was a hole in one of her kidneys, and the other one couldn’t compensate for the overload so it shut down. Whatever you did, I pray that no one will have to go through that what I went through. I do forgive you, but it is unacceptable for that to happen. I don’t know if it was too much anesthesia or an accidental poke because the hall or what it was. I know that the vet there was operating on her was sick. I do know that there were two of your employees that had ill intentions very disrespectful very rude, speaking hateful things making fun of her, but I don’t know exactly who was at fault. I do forgive you though

  My pet who means everything to me is always well taken care of at the Banfield on Southside Boulevard everyone there remember remembers his name when he comes in and he is always happy to go with them. They always listen to my concerns. They are budget Conscientious, and so far, they have been able to take great care of my dog and solve his skin issues and eye problems. I do not hesitate to contact If I ever have a question about my Best friend/ dog. I always feel confident that they will help me with him And that they truly care about his well-being.

  After I have going to this location and this company for 10 years and paying monthly fees for their health plan. I was so surprised after loosing my 11 years old dog that they charge you fees on cancelation. Lie to you about the plan and pm top dont care about your dog who is like family. Its crazy after paying for 10 years that they will do that me. I will never recommend this company or their health plans. They are going to lie. Steal your money.

  The visit was good for the dog. It was the billing that was not good. They did not have the complete bill and billed for a portion of the visit. Then two days later called and said they were sending the remaining bill to collections. Not even talking to them when i called them to pay the bill it was already in collections one day after getting call. Caution to this place as they are not up front with all the pricing.
