I had an emergency and my regular vet was not open and after a quick google search I ended up at pet doctors and I feel like it was meant to be. My baby girl yorkie was 15 years old and she had to be put to sleep. I was a mess when I arrived. I had never been there before and everyone was amazing. The front desk staff, the vet techs, and Dr Amanda Milliken were wonderful. Very patient with me. Dr Milliken was so gentle and caring with us. She had never seen my dog before but treated us like family during one of the hardest days of my life. I felt like she truly cares about you and your pet. I truly feel it was meant to be her. I will be being my other dog to her care.

Yesterday we took our little Kitten 🐱 Azura for her first time well exam, our experience was amazing from beginning to end, Vets assistant’s Mary C. was so caring, sweet, so kind, & dedicated to help, Doctor Kathy was amazing, took her time to examine our kitty; she answered all our questions; gave us the best recommendations & care plan to help our finicky pet Azura to eat well. Today is Sunday; Doctor Kathy called us so kindly to follow & check on our pet! They are caring, nicest; the most professional Veterinarian practice we ever met!!! Thank you!!!!😊

Ayo and Dr. Kaity are absolute dreams. The day after a stray kitten ran in my house (I kept him), they helped me get him vaccinated and even let me call them to get cat advice. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Vet.

My family has been doing business with Pet Doctors on Beach Blvd for the life of two dogs, probably close to 15 years total. Typically, everything has been great and we have never had any issues, other than the very substantial rising costs. I understand that is the world we live in, but sometimes it does seem overwhelming. I actually drive around 45 mins from St. Augustine, just to continue to do business with them because of the great staff. However, the last few times I have brought my dog in for grooming (bath and de-shedding treatment), he has developed hot spots around a week later. This only started to take place over the last 3 grooming appointments. I even brought that up prior to dropping him off for his last grooming, and I was told that they had changed their shampoo. Once again, about a week later, my dog developed multiple hot spots, one being pretty serious. I reached back out to let them know what was going on, and simply repeat some medicated cream to help him. I sent photos in for review, and am now being told that I would be charged a $95 Telehealth fee for them to send cream to us. I explained to them that it is very hard to get away from work, and I just don’t have the time to bring him up to their location. After the thousands of dollars I have spent with their company, I am very disappointed that they are once again asking for more $ from me, after a $200+ grooming session, for a very simple issue to resolve. At this point, I may be moving on from them, and looking for a vet that is more local to me, and hopefully more affordable as well.
