I had a terrible experience at this location, they loaded my cat up with injections without knowing what was wrong with him, made him sicker and sicker, upsold me on an agreement that I can’t get out of, and then he started having seizures due to their lack of care and negligence. He got sicker each time I took him to this banfield. I ended up having to put my sweet baby down, and I have been forced to pay for this membership every month, and suffer with the pain of losing my cat due to their terrible care. I will never come back to this banfield nor would I recommend it. In fact, I recommend you take your animal anywhere else. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

Dr. McNamara went truly above and beyond during a very stressful situation with my dog. She was incredibly responsive; calling and texting to check in, review results, and provide reassurance. She is exceptionally intelligent, thoughtful, and level-headed, and her clinical judgment was invaluable throughout the process. The girls in the office are also smart, kind, and very helpful.

Felt pressured to do a board visit instead of staying with my dog when making the appointment on the phone. Brought up concerns and was told absolutely nothing could be ruled out without x-rays/ scans regarding his cough (what I brought him in for). They then tried to give me cough medicine for every 4 hours as needed after i told them he only coughs like 1-2x per day after exercising, eating or at night. The person on the phone agreed it didn’t make sense to give once a day after he coughs once and would just treat the symptom. It seemed like I only got to speak with someone from the front desk about my questions and concerns, did not get to speak to the vet. Was pressured to accept a coupon for a prescription food even after mentioning that my dog was doing well on the food he was on (purina pro plan) and we tried a lot of elimination before finding this is what works for him. I was told they were going to print it out and give it to me anyway and make sure to check before buying it if it had any of his known allergens in it after repeatedly saying i wasn’t interested. This gave off the impression they were trying to sell me something. I think I will get a second opinion and do further testing elsewhere if needed. Also I had to find the number from google to call back from google. when i call the number given in the text to call back, it says it is not in service, I tried to communicate this to the receptionist.

Beware. Find another vet. They’ll try to charge you hundreds of dollars without even seeing the vet themselves.

My puppy Nessie has been going here for the last couple months and I have nothing but amazing things to say. We rescued her from the humane society and Dr Oudin took very special care to help figure out what was going on. They would squeeze us in last minute and were always so welcoming. Everyone at the desk was ready to be loved by her. Thankfully we got to the root of the issue so she doesn’t have to go in as much, but if they see us in the store they still stop to love on Nessie which I think is adorable!
