  I can not say enough good things about this place!! The staff is absolutely amazing! When your baby is sick, & you feel lost & hopeless!! The staff put me at ease and took excellent care of Ol’ boy! They told me to call anytime for updates while he was in the hospital. They called me ever so often and would update me on his condition!! I’ve never experienced this kind of care with a vets office. FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING TO ME AND OL’ BOY!! I can never thank you enough for saving him!! And then someone anonymously paid $500 on his vet bill which I’m so grateful for I cannot tell you how grateful I am for that!!! WHOEVER YOU ARE, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!! And thank you to the amazing staff!! Ol’ boy says thank you too!!

  Thank you to all the staff at Aloha Pet and Bird Hospital for helping to identify the cause of Betsy’s (my pet hedgehog) rash and itching. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and gave me a very straightforward treatment plan with fair prices. I’m so grateful and happy to report Betsy the hedgehog is doing so much better!

  After working all day I went grocery shopping came home baby Lottie attacked the bag and took two grapes so fast that didn't even see it I suspected it rushed her down to aloha they were great professional the vet was great and the tech got her too and use vomiting and out came too grapes which are toxic to a pet very thankful that they were fast very little wait time worth the long drive for me for sure and baby Lottie thank you very much!

  Last night around 8:30pm I took my 16 year old chihuahua into Aloha on a spur of the moment and I am still thinking about how great the service was. The vet was very thorough and took his time explaining everything and listening to me. Also the staff were amazing! The tech I had was the sweetest and the lady up front was very welcoming. I am so impressed and wish I have gone here sooner with my pets. It was also half the price that I thought it would be and what other places have quoted me in the past for things like X-rays and initial exam. Roko is already feeling better and I have such a peace of mind now that he will be okay! Thank you Aloha!

  CAT MOMS AND DADS BEWARE!!!!! My boy cat was alert and oriented when I took him even when he wasn’t feeling his best. I was rushed to make a decision on his treatment “plan” at $3,991. That cost doesn’t even include surgery that he most likely may have needed AFTER the day and a half stay. They will NOT work with you reference high cost of care. Horrible communication on best route to take and outcome of pets health if you can’t afford $4K cost (that MAY) even go up after initial care. No one was remotely sympathetic or compassionate. Cheaper for an adult to get care in an ER for procedure. Vet care and dental is ridiculous! All about the MONEY!! Should have never taken my cat there. That Dr preformed a manual compression on my cat’s FULL bladder when he should have done what he said he was going to do a cystocentesis! Much safer. He said he just barely touched it. BS! They had my cat packed up in his carrier and he looked worst than when I brought him in! My cat lost all function in his hind legs!! He was paralyzed from the waste down!! His third eye was showing. He ruptured my cat’s bladder! My cat died that night!! Less than 18hrs after his horrific visit. It’s a teaching hospital and I believe they felt this would be a great candidate to show the attendees manual compression since the dr told me what he has is basically a death sentence! My poor boy not even 4 years old suffered more that day than before. No compassion at all. They could have told me what to watch out for after he compressed on my cats bladder! I would have humanely put him down. Instead my boy suffered all evening. He came in purring and alert and left numb and paralyzed with the life taken from his eyes! He was in mommas care surrounded around people who loved him. If your looking for a vet that makes you feel like your ordering from Jimmy Buffets with the steel drum music and surfboards than this is your place. But it is not a place to take an urgent care situation too. This is my honest cat mom opinion. Never again. DO NOT take your felines to this beachside bougie cracker in a box vet facility!
