Solicité claramente un corte medium con Jonathan y el resultado fue un rapado extremo totalmente contrario a lo pedido. Mi familia y yo quedamos muy afectados al ver a nuestra mascota en ese estado. Esto demuestra falta de atención al cliente y profesionalismo por parte de quien realizó el servicio. Nuestras mascotas no son objetos, son parte de nuestra familia y merecen respeto y cuidado. Espero que esta experiencia sirva para mejorar su entrenamiento y supervisión del personal. Muy decepcionados. Miren la diferencia de como estaba a como me la entregaron. Porque hasta el que sabe de este tipo de perros no se dejan de esta manera jamás. No lo comprendo.
