I’ve had a plan for both dogs for years . Recently my one dog had a hematoma on his ear - we drain it but it filled again the next week . We drain it again and they tell us to come back 2 days later . When I got home, I was concerned because his ear still looked filled . I figured it still had to drain - it never did !! I take the dog again and they want to charge me again- for something they never did right . These people only care about money and I can’t even cancel until July ….. Do not recommend if you love your fur babies !!! -

I had a wonderful experience with this Banfield location from start to finish. The office called to remind me that my dog’s dental cleaning was due. Scheduling the appointment over the phone was quick and easy.
When I arrived, I was greeted with friendly smiles and promptly assisted into a waiting room. The nurse walked me through the paperwork thoroughly, and took the time to reassure me and address all of my concerns, which I truly appreciated.
After the procedure, the veterinarian personally called me with great news and provided a convenient pickup window. They also refilled my dog’s heartworm prescription during the visit, which was incredibly helpful. My dog handled the anesthesia very well and experienced no adverse effects—just a bit of sleepiness for the day. Now he’s back to his playful, silly self!
Thank you so much to the entire team for taking such excellent care of my pup. It truly means the world to me. I’ll absolutely be returning for future visits and vaccine updates. Happy holidays!

Does Banfield provide emergency care services?

Can I drop off my pet to avoid contact?
We’re empowering our hospital teams to do what’s right for themselves, their clients and communities by taking a series of precautions from encouraging drop-offs to increasing cleaning protocols. Please call the clinic for more information.
Is this clinic open?
Hospital hours and services vary at some locations. If your pet requires immediate care, please call ahead so we can ensure your pet’s needs can be met and advise you on next steps. If you’re a Banfield Optimum Wellness Plan® client, you can connect with a veterinarian anytime, day or night, via Vet Chat™ through the Banfield app for general pet care advice and triage support.
What steps are you taking to keep pets and people safe right now?

• Vaccinations
• Dental Care

• Nutritional Counseling
• Behavioral Counseling
• Comprehensive Examinations
What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
