This is my last visit to this place, and I will never return. They were rude and unprofessional with me. I came expecting care and respect for my pet and myself, but the attitude from the ladies at the front desk made the whole experience very unpleasant. - LHLauren HenselOct 28, 20251.0I’ve been using banfield for my dog ever since he was a puppy (he’s now 10) and this has to be the worst one we’ve been to. We went for a routine injection for my dogs hips and we waited in the room for over an hour for the “vet” to come in. Once he came in he gave my dog the injection and mentioned nonchalantly another injection that might work better for him, I asked the “vet” numerous questions about what the differences were between the one they were giving him and this new one and instead of giving me an informed answer he came back with the instructions from the box and was rushing me out the door. I mean if you don’t like your animals at all then you should come here. Completely unprofessional and Banfield should really look into this location and their “vets”.

I moved to Hollywood a few years ago and I've been taking my little yoyo there for as long as I've been in Hollywood. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful 👍 they've taken care of her every time there's an emergency. What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
