The place is very smelly and dirty . A young girl ( who had flue and was sneezing) wrote down my information and asked me what is the reason I brought my dog in . An hour later she told me that the bill will be 299 dollars . The doctor never even take a look at my dog and they didn't even run a test but wanted to order 4 kind of medication . They just want to sell medicine they don’t care about animals .

Thank you Dr Salinas and the entire staff for taking care of my dog's aggressive eye ulcer. You saved his eye, I could not be more grateful and would recommend your location to everyone.

We brought our cat in for an appointment and were later told he could not be treated because he was uncooperative, which we completely understood. We were instructed to purchase and administer a sedative the night before and again two hours prior to the rescheduled appointment, which we did exactly as directed. Our appointment was at 9:30 AM. By early afternoon, after hearing nothing, I called to check in and was told that he was likely fine since there were no signs of distress. However, at 4:00 PM we received a call stating that he still had not been treated and that we would need to reschedule again. This was extremely frustrating. The clinic was aware ahead of time that our cat was a difficult patient and required sedation, yet no attempt was made to treat him until the end of the day. If this was a known concern, he should have been scheduled earlier or a clear plan should have been in place. The lack of communication and wasted time was unacceptable, especially after following all instructions and paying for additional medication. We understand animals can be challenging, but this situation reflects poor scheduling and communication rather than the behavior of our pet

Cancelled my appointment day before, telling me “we’re triple booked.” Then why was I even able to make the appointment to begin with? Waited till last minute to tell me, I told her it’s a dental issue for a cat and he’s not looking good, she tells me “try another banfield, see if they’ll fit you in.” WELL I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS ONE. They don’t care about animals here.
