However, the Vet and the staff were wonderful working together with her! I was very impressed and grateful for their professionalism and patience, which made a stressful (for me) event actually a rather pleasant one! Regarding the price paid, I had budgeted $200 because I knew multiple vaccines were needed. I was given a package deal, which included all the shots plus a dewormer and I paid around $170...I consider that a great deal!

The whole process was completely unorganized, with walk-ins and people with appointments waiting in the same line, which was completely unfair to those of us who had appointments. The wait time was utterly unacceptable.

My cat was terrified — surrounded by dozens of stressed animals and frustrated people. Naturally, by the time we were finally called, she was not calm or willing to be handled. And they refused to treat her. How is this acceptable? You are causing unnecessary suffering to animals.
