Ребята из клиники шикарны! Мой кот даже не проснулся, когда его осмотрели и укололи вакцину)

This was my 6 month old German Shepherd's first visit and she was quite excited and behaved accordingly. However, the Vet and the staff were wonderful working together with her! I was very impressed and grateful for their professionalism and patience, which made a stressful (for me) event actually a rather pleasant one! Regarding the price paid, I had budgeted $200 because I knew multiple vaccines were needed. I was given a package deal, which included all the shots plus a dewormer and I paid around $170...I consider that a great deal!

While the vet and the assistants were great, I had to wait over 2 hours in line to get a single vaccine. The whole process was completely unorganized, with walk-ins and people with appointments waiting in the same line, which was completely unfair to those of us who had appointments. The wait time was utterly unacceptable.

The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. We had an appointment to get a microchip for my cat, and yet we were forced to wait 2.5 hours in line, despite being scheduled. My cat was terrified — surrounded by dozens of stressed animals and frustrated people. Naturally, by the time we were finally called, she was not calm or willing to be handled. And they refused to treat her. How is this acceptable? You are causing unnecessary suffering to animals.
