If your pet has a pre-existing health condition that deems the cat "unhealthy" and they will not vaccinate. Website doesn't warn you. I got turned away upon entry (30 mts away). They do not have office hours, so if you have a question you can't reach them to ask (only petco employees). Other than that, they seemed to care about pets, and was able to check out my cats mouth & give good advice, however, i did have to ask.

Site says they microchip but when you call to get q price they can't give it to you and have you call their vet they go through who then tells you they don't microchip in the state of FL
