Jeena, the cashier at the time, spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with customer service explaining the situation and trying to make it right for me. Then found a solution to the problem and even though it took a minute, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jeena and keep up the amazing work! Your customers appreciate it greatly :)

My dog Sophie has major anxiety, so I’m always nervous about grooming appointments. But Mikayla was so calm, gentle, and patient that Sophie completely relaxed. (Yes, I totally peeked through the glass without Sophie seeing me 😅 and she looked so happy the whole time!) Sophie’s spa day turned out amazing — she came out looking and feeling like a brand-new dog! Mikayla clearly loves what she does and has such a natural way with animals. I’m beyond impressed and so grateful for how well she treated Sophie. If your dog is nervous or needs someone with real patience and care, Mikayla is the one to book! 🐾💖
