I go here more so then the archer road PetSmart as the location is better then having to fight all the traffic in butler plaza.

She’s has taken care of my dog grooming needs since day one and it has been a pleasure working with her, my dog can be quite challenging since he’s very energetic and has traumas from his shelter but she was able to handle it super smooth. I recommend anyone looking for grooming needs to come to this location and ask for Mikayla.

So I ended up taking both dogs inside, which I had to carry the whole time as I didn’t have their leashes with me, waited in line at the cash register for probably 10 minutes, and when I asked for the order, it was still in the cabinet. I love their stuff and rewards program. But my experience today was horrible.
