    I made an appointment months ago and it was supposed to be 5 days before my flight and they kept rescheduling and cancelled all of them till my flight day which they also cancelled. I told them I needed the paperwork but they still rescheduled it and said my cat was too aggressive so they didn’t want to attend him. They said they would try again and 2 minutes later called me and said they did all they could (which obviously is not true). Btw i got there at 10 am (my appointment time) and said i could go back at 12pm… then changed it to 4:30 pm (FOR A PAPER). Also is kinda weird they also mentioned that for a health certificate they wouldn’t be open on Saturday and yet wanted to make my appointment a Saturday at my flight time?!? So i went and picked up my cat and the lady (an old lady) didn’t even gave me my cat. She ordered me to go inside and get it myself plus didn’t even open the kennel for me just stared at me super annoyed like a grinch. The service was definitely awful and they really don't care about your pets. I recommend you guys go to the Newberry animal hospital instead. They helped me SO FAST in such a short notice and the price was way better than the one Banfield was making me pay.

    I would give 1 star, but I actually like the staff here. However I would not recommend using the Monthly Puppy Plan to my worst enemy. I am paying monthly and then still need to pay for medications, testing, microchipping, and more. It was the biggest waste of money and I feel like it is a scam.

    Not a long wait time. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The Vet was on it! She figured out the issue within minutes of examining my cat Nylah. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend.

    Super unprofessional was told an option was euthanasia for our pet we made the appointment and 2 hours before our appointment they call and say they aren't comfortable doing it. Do not go here.

    I took my dog there, he has diarrhea, noisy stomach, not eating, they keep him 4 hours supposed for lab text the poo( today they said I rejected take the lab, what not make sense, because i took him for lab text), it never happends, just gave him probiotics, change the food. But the bill $380 plus food Today I called to let them know he is not getting better, and they said you have to bring him, pay another appointment and labs, this is just business for them, they do not care about pets, just the money. Very bad place to take a pet
