  You think this place is awesome I did at First. Yeah they have great prices. But they are not treating your dog right plus they dont keep appointment times at all cause they want to leave. Plus the lady that works register for the pets is Rude very Rude. I have been taking my dog since September. They diagnosed her wrong. Said she my dog had allergies thats why her ears were red and crusty from yeast. Well vetco decided to change my appointment I said id try to get there. Reason for appointment change was so they could leave early. But anyways I did my best to get there only to be canceled on. Well glad it happen cause Vetco has let my dog have a ear infection since September. It got so bad it about messed up my dogs ear drum. Bunch of young trainers working in there. That dont know what they are doing. Warning. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything. They dont give a crap about your dog. I found that out after 8 months of allergies shots even made me pay for a visit and gave the shot to her at cash register. I wouldnt dare go to the place. You think you are getting deals but they reschedule times, so they can leave earlier I was told. Plus they almost caused my dog to have no hearing. If you love your fur baby. Please dont take them here. I hate to see someone else dog get diagnosed wrong and only have there money tooken so you can go to another vet to have to pay more for the damages Vetco did to my dog. I dont recommend. Be nice if I could talk to the own of this company cause they need to know. There place of business is horrible. Im a business owner. I think ill be talking to a lawyer about this. Took my money didnt care at all about my dog. Made me think they did. But after my new vet visit I was shocked they couldnt even diagnosed a ear infection. So how do you know they are giving your dogs shots. They take the dog for there yearly but came in room first visit to give her a shot. Very very odd. Thanks vetco for all the money you took from me for being wrong about my dog. They didnt test her ears like they said or they would of knew she had a ear infection cause it was red and had crust in it. Shaking her head. But of course you get a voice-mail service leave a name and number and noone calls you back. I was lied too. Person at front desk very rude. Thanks for letting my dog suffer with a ear infection for months and months. Warning this place here are scammers. Dont care about your animal dont care about pleasing there customers and lady upfront is so rude. Very unprofessional place to go. So thankful vetco did that to me so my dog was able to be treat with what was wrong with her. Not what they thought. Sure charge me for tests. DONT GO TO Vetco. Biggest mistake ever. Worst vet I have ever been too. You made my dog suffer. Rescheduled ever appointment made. Took my money for wrong diagnose. I want the head owner to reach out to me. This place is a joke. Couldn't diagnosed a ear infection said it was allergies. The person at front Register is a horrible person with glasses blue hair. Rude rude rude. Someone better call me or I will take legal actions. Care about my dog yeah right. Care about getting off earlier cause its a bunch of young ppl but the old lady vet woman who apparently dont know what she is doing or she would of knew. Warning dont go. Find another vet that knows what they are doing so your fur baby dont suffer like mine did for months and months. Vetco not recommended ever. I mean ever. Im mad I have to give you 1 star. Should be no stars

  They had what I needed for my cats, the aquarium section needs some attention. A lot of the tanks were dirty and the saltwater fish looked absolutely awful. Malnourished, sick fish

  Sponge (girl dog) went there yesterday for a Grooming and to get her Nails done. Only took 1.5 hours. And very affordable!! Sponge received GREAT Feedback from the Groomer. Says she was the best, well mannered 'Girl' (dog) they have seen in awhile. They did a phenomenal JOB!! She smells so clean and looks so FRESH. 😍 10 out of 10, would definitely Recommend. And GO again. Thank you for the Grooming!! Just in TIME for The Easter Bunny. 📸

  This is a formal complaint regarding an ongoing and unresolved pest control issue at this location. I have previously reported concerns to store management involving spiders, flying ants, and larvae, and was led to believe the situation had been addressed. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, I found multiple bags of pet food on a lower shelf covered with live, crawling insects. This raises serious concerns about sanitation, product integrity, and overall store management. I was forced to select an alternative product from another shelf that appeared unaffected. When I brought this to the attention of staff, I was told this is “very common” in pet stores and that pest control measures are limited due to the risk of contaminating food. That response is both dismissive and unacceptable. Customers should not have to inspect products for infestations before making a purchase. I am a paying Vital Care member, spending $20 every month, and I expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained shopping environment. At this point, this issue appears to be ongoing and inadequately addressed at the store level. I am requesting that corporate leadership step in to properly investigate and resolve this matter, including improved pest control protocols and quality assurance measures. Until meaningful action is taken, I cannot shop at this location with confidence. I do want to note that Chris in grooming is absolutely incredible and a true asset to this store. The level of care, professionalism, and consistency he provides is the main reason we continue to patronize this location. His outstanding service is what keeps us coming back, and I sincerely hope the store environment can be brought up to the same high standard he delivers every day.
