Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find it on the shelves when I arrived. That said, the experience was still very positive thanks to the staff. One employee in particular went above and beyond—taking the time to search the store with me and even checking in the back to see if the item had just not been stocked yet. While it turned out they didn’t have it at the moment, she kindly explained that they receive new inventory regularly and suggested I check back in a week or two. Although I didn’t leave with the product I needed, I truly appreciated the effort and kindness shown. A special thank you to the wonderful woman who helped me search everywhere for the cat litter—your customer service made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back to try again! Minus 1 star for not having the product.

I stated that I wanted them right out of the cage bc I have had bad experience from Petco them being dead and dying immediately when I got them home… she insisted I go check the ones in the back after I stated I don’t want those ones… no care at all I just bought the ones in the bag. Get home and half of them died within an hour. Bad customer service
