They wanted to give my dog shots based on what they believed she might have had. They tried to sell things we didn’t want or come in for. There was also no exam whatsoever. I had some questions about my dog. Neither person in attendance would answer. Felt they couldn’t get us out of there quick enough. My dog was seen for about 2 to 3 minutes max. Not impressed at all. Had an appointment at the full service vetco the previous Friday Took me 45 minutes to get there. Got a call, when I was arriving in their parking lot, that they couldn’t see my dog. They blamed it on a scheduler . Wasn’t my fault. I’m just disgusted! How can Vetco stay in business! They are rude, unorganized, unprofessional!
- JHJerad HallDec 3, 20191.0Went to go pet my dogs nails trimmed. Showed up at noon. After waiting ten minutes a sales associate helps me and tells me it’ll be about twenty to thirty minutes. Told them I’ll be back in a little while. Show back up at 12:35. After waiting about ten minutes I believe the manager helps me. She checks me in and I sign the papers. Tells me that the groomer will be done in a few minutes. After about five minutes the groomer finishes up and puts the dog away. While waiting patiently a customer approaches the counter with a dog. The groomer checks the dog in and walks behind the door and starts trimming the dog; completely ignoring me. Would not recommend this place. Very disappointed especially because they accept walk ins for nail trimming.
