They wanted to give my dog shots based on what they believed she might have had. They tried to sell things we didn’t want or come in for. There was also no exam whatsoever. I had some questions about my dog. Neither person in attendance would answer. Felt they couldn’t get us out of there quick enough. My dog was seen for about 2 to 3 minutes max. Not impressed at all. Had an appointment at the full service vetco the previous Friday Took me 45 minutes to get there. Got a call, when I was arriving in their parking lot, that they couldn’t see my dog. They blamed it on a scheduler . Wasn’t my fault. I’m just disgusted! How can Vetco stay in business! They are rude, unorganized, unprofessional!

The attending vet ignored request and now I am unable to order the preferred treatment for my pup. To have changed, they want you to meet them at next day or location when now messing with their prescription, my dog has not received treatment for two months. Next time, please listen and do not write. Simple request.
