- JJJoshMay 28, 20231.0Horrible service. Booked an appointment for my injured dog and had to wait over a week for it. Then was called a day before only to be told they were booked that day and I could not be seen for over another week. So they double booked a surgery and pushed my poor injured pup aside. They do not honor their agreements, I can only imagine in horror the level service your beloved pets get when they take them in their back room. Which is even more sketchy. You will never meet the actual vet, they send their assistants in and out to talk to you for the most part. If I could give 0 stars I would
