  Communication is absolute trash. If I could leave 0 stars 1 would. Took over 2 weeks to get medication prescribed for our cat, once it’s finally prescribed and paid for, another is put through and the first one should have been canceled but no communication from the vet was there to tell me not to buy the first one. Pharmacy won’t reimburse me, clinic won’t reimburse me. Angelica is amazing, at least she tried. I really need to be called to fix this situation.

  My beloved dachshund passed away last week. Petco did a beautiful cremation package that I picked up yesterday! Thank you Vetco for handling my little Ruby with such respect 💕🙏💕

  My cat needed to be seen and I had an appointment for 4:45, they knew what my cat was coming in for and I even called when I was on the way, which is over an hour away where I live, and when I get here they tell me they can’t help me. Very inconsiderate when they knew I was coming from over an hour away and didn’t just tell me not to come. They knew what time I would be here. My cat now will receive no medical attention.

  Maggie needed xrays to see if her ACL healed. waited 2 hours, as Dr. Scott was dealing with an emergency situation with another dog. She was worth the wait, as she gives all her patients her full attention. Wonderful doctor!
