I arrived 15 minutes early, expecting to be seen on time. At 3:40 PM, I was called into a room just to wait. After a very long delay, at 4:15 PM, someone came in only to do the intake, and then I was told it would take another 30 minutes before the vaccines could be given. This is completely unacceptable and shows no consideration for customers who make an appointment and travel to the clinic expecting professional service. The receptionist was very kind and attentive, but beyond that, my experience was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this Petco clinic to anyone.
