Charged me an additional $15 for extra brushing 15 min yet they told us 90 min appointment and she was done early....the employees were just sitting around. It was our baby's first cut , groomer didn't give us any feedback of how she did. Very lousy experience. Now I have to spend tomorrow finding a groomer who actually cares and can do a good job.

Who ever the skinny lady with the glasses that was going to checked us out which I’m pretty sure she was the manager asked us “do you have a number?” I let her know I don’t so she tells us to create a number because it’s going to ask us for our address which was fine I didn’t have a problem but then she ask us that if we were just going to buy the Gerbal and the packed of paper bedding for the Gerbal,I’m like yes but then she gets a little snotty with us saying “there’s more stuffing and I rather you buy the food at least because your really ain’t buying nothing and I don’t know if you’re going to just take it home and leave the Gerbal empty handed” I’m like are you serious mind you before they packed the Gerbal she did come up to us and talked to us letting us know “okay so I wanted to come up and talk to you guys cause I heard you don’t know what you want” I let her know we just changed our minds we wanted the Gerbal “okay cool so with the Gerbal they are better in pairs but we only have one with us totally okay just make sure to give her attention and for the bedding you really don’t need a lot the Gerbals tend to push the bedding to the corner and also try not to put wood or plastic toys as well as the water bottle that they drink out of everything has to be metal due to them chewing so much but we barely have anything metal I’ve tried ordering them but they just keep saying out of stock” I understood which wasn’t a problem we were going to get the things we needed at another store for the Gerbal since they barely had anything we needed for the little guy. But for some reason she got snotty at us at the register like ma’am you’re not giving it to us for free we are paying for the Gerbal and the bedding how can you tell us one thing and try to pressure us in buying other things we know what we are doing so basically she was not going to sell us the Gerbal and the bedding without going to buy other products how can we if you barely have anything we needed,i didn’t like the customer service at all it sucked the whole team sucked because when I went to get help to questions at first a whole bunch of employees were just sitting up front talking and sitting down when the manager came up behind me same lady with brown hair skinny and with glasses told me the check out is of there she just assumed I needed to check out I let her know I needed help to get a hamster she let me know that she was going to send someone which they took forever like come on people, I worked customer service before and I’ve never took that long to help a customer, to me it felt like as soon as we checked out she was being racist towards me and my fiancée since she came up behind me she already had a snotty attitude i don’t know if she was having a bad day or whatever but it doesn’t give you the right to be snotty to everyone else, if she doesn’t like working in customer service then quit the damn job. I was going to make a scene but I’m 6 months pregnant and rather take care of my health..
