Our puppy is precious to us, and I would never leave him in the hands of these people. I saw them being very mean with the sweet dogs there, and even the USPS does a better job with customer service.

I walked in and ordered crickets and they rang me up, charged me, and then I literally stood there waiting for 10 minutes waiting while nobody went and got the crickets I ALREADY paid for. I asked for a refund and was out the door and the crickets still hadn't been brought up. Never in my life have I met such useless staff members holy crap. The lady who refunded me even agreed it was ridiculous it was taking so long which is wild because she also had plenty of time to go get them herself. Ill never stop at this petco ever again after they completely wasted my time 0/5 stars would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Amazing their job is even easier then fast food and they somehow still managed to mess it up.
