  We left early to get there. I live in Sarasota so it's over an hour drive. That day my phone map would not work for me so when I came to the off-ramp I called the office? The young lady answered and told me she wasn't sure but she would look on her phone. Now if she had told me to make a left and go under the freeway and then the street would be right there to make a left turn on the right that's where they would be I would have been there but instead she had me go in the opposite way and I ended up downtown fort Myers and on top of that if she told me that the veterinarian needed to leave and how soon could I get there but that was not told to me. So when I did get there and came in and sat down she informed me that the vet left because her daughter was sick. So I was like okay and I didn't think anything about it and then she proceeded to tell me well she's going to be gone a very long time I said well how long I don't know? I can't tell you how pissed I was and on top of that I drove over an hour to get there get back in the car and drive another hour or more to go back home. My question is your veterinarian you have clients coming why won't you have a backup such as a babysitter or maybe a relative to pick the child up. So will I go there again never I'll go to the eye doctor in Tampa who's far better than this place

  They are awesome. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to get to them, well worth it, they for sure saved my dogs eye, my vet was sure she was going to lose it.

  Called to make an appointment and was able to get in the very next day, very polite, knowledgeable taking the time to explain every detail and upfront about everything that was done. Only if I knew about this place five months ago K9 Loki wouldn't have to go through so many different medications without a proper diagnosis. In less than 15 minutes the doctor was able to tell me exactly what was going on with K9 Loki, prescribed some eye drops, and asked to be updated in a month or contacted immediately if his eyes got any worse. I highly recommend if your working K9 or pet has any issues with their eyes seek out Animal Eye Guy's immediately and skip the months of your primary veterinarian trying to figure out what's going on. Thank you Animal Eye Guy's and especially Dr. Taryn L. Overton DVM, DACVO and all of the techs that assisted!
