  Just left this place with my dog. My appointment was at 10:30AM. All he needed was his vaccines and an ear swab. By 11 the techs had completed everything. By 11:30 I’m still waiting on the dr to give me results, I go and complain because I see the dr in another exam room of someone whose appointment was after mine. Then she comes and quickly tells me the results and can barely answer my questions because she doesn’t have time. I think that is very rude that I have to wait while she helps others who came after me and then rush me. I’m canceling my package and purchasing real pet insurance and I will be returning back to my local vet who was much better with time. These corporate places suck. I left at 11:52AM.

  if i could leave less then a star i would but I am beyond frustrated with this experience. From the start, I was aggressively pushed into signing up for a wellness plan. I was shown pricing on the computer multiple times and told very clearly that my dog’s vaccines would be $200 out of pocket or $150 with the plan. The staff even said they liked that the system shows the exact amount, which made it feel final. The pressure was overwhelming. That is the only reason I initially said yes to the plan — not because I wanted it, but because I felt worn down and uncomfortable. After my dog was brought back, I confirmed with my insurance that wellness is fully covered and immediately told them I did not want the plan anymore. That’s when the total suddenly jumped to $600. Then it changed again to $460, and finally $360 — all for the same services. At that point, the services were already done and I felt stuck. I would have declined the visit entirely if I had been told the real pricing upfront. When I stood my ground, both the doctor and staff appeared visibly annoyed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This felt like high-pressure sales mixed with confusing and inconsistent pricing. I left stressed, upset, and having spent way more money than I ever agreed to. I would not recommend this location. warning to all if you have pet insurance don't even let him.

  Our vet tech today was simply absolutely and entirely wonderful. He had great suggestions and was so kind to our dog. The vet was nice and knowledgeable as well, other vets here are not as good I’ll update with names when I get them

  I went in to get a checkup on Bella. She's extremely nervous when it comes to people but I have to say I was shocked to see she opened up to chris. I thought he was the doctor how knowledgeable he was and friendly with us. This will be the only place I recommend if everyone is like him for the best animal care.

  I’m really unhappy with the outcome of my most recent visit. I brought my dog in on Friday for an upset stomach and had to do a morning drop-off because the vets were in surgery. Later that afternoon, a vet tech called and recommended abdominal x-rays. She went over the cost and suggested upgrading my existing wellness plan to help cover it. I was very clear that my current plan expires in July 2026 and that I did not want the plan extended. She explicitly told me I would only be paying the upgrade fee and that my remaining payments would continue through July 2026. When I arrived and reviewed what I had signed, I saw the plan now extends to January 2027. I questioned this and was told something in the lines of “I know what I told you, but that’s not how it works.” This was extremely upsetting, as I agreed to the upgrade based on incorrect information. I am now trying to get the plan canceled (and get my upgrade charge refunded). The previous plan also included vaccines that I haven’t even used yet, since my dog isn’t due until March. So obviously I lost a set of vaccines. The entire situation made me feel misled during a stressful time, rather than supported as a pet owner. On top of this, I waited over 30 minutes just to check out when picking up my dog, on top of paying for waaaay overpriced medications. I hope the practice manager will work with me to resolve this fairly, because this experience seriously damaged my trust in this clinic.
