After a few weeks, Oliver began showing signs of aggression and even bit me. We had an international trip planned for the very next day and were desperate for help. We called Laz, and he spent over an hour with us on the phone, patiently and thoroughly addressing every question and concern. He recommended a several-week boarding and training program. Though we didn’t have much choice at the time, it turned out to be the right decision. When we got Oliver back, we could see the incredible progress he made during his time with Laz. Since then, Laz has proactively reached out to check in on us, our training, and Ollie. When we recently had an incident with Ollie, Laz immediately jumped on a call to help us navigate it. I have been beyond impressed by Laz’s dedication—not only to the dogs he trains but to the people who care for them. Throughout this ongoing process, he has emphasized the importance of consistency, structure, and reassurance. It was heartbreaking to see him so anxious all the time. We tried everything, but didn't really make any progress until we started working with Laz. Laz has a calm and patient approach that immediately put Loki (and me) at ease. They took the time to understand Loki's specific fears and developed a training plan tailored just for him. The techniques they used were gentle and positive, focusing on building Loki's confidence rather than forcing him into uncomfortable situations. The progress we've seen in just a few weeks is amazing. Loki is noticeably calmer and more confident.
