  Very disappointing experience. I urgently needed food for a puppy I had just adopted and, based on my GPS, I was set to arrive right around closing time. I even tried to communicate and ask if they could please accommodate me, knowing I might be arriving at or just a minute past closing. Unfortunately, the manager was not willing to make any exception and simply stated that the register would be closed at 8 PM. I understand businesses have set hours, but there are situations where a small amount of flexibility and empathy can go a long way especially when it involves the well-being of a pet. As someone with management experience, I know accommodations can sometimes be made in special circumstances. In this case, there was no willingness to help at all, which was frustrating given the situation.

  Katie did an amazing job on grooming Woody, she definitely deserves recognition, He will definitely be back. She was so professional and proficient in making sure I got what I wanted in his cut. Thank you so much!! 10/10

  Horrible customer service especially from Hanna, I placed an order for CURBSIDE pickup 30 minutes later I’m having to go inside the store to pickup my order… if a customer places a curbside pickup order the employees should go out and pick it up…

  They're having the poor cashier bag crickets now--moved the nasty cricket bins up front! What a terrible idea! Line moves SUPER SLOW now!!!
