Always had a positive experience at Petco’s veterinary clinic. My dog is reactive so I ask that they make sure the lobby is clear before I come in. They’re always so helpful and understanding. I love the crew here.

Unprofessional, grooming department will lie to your face and gaslight you. Poor communication, completely unacceptable to tell someone you won’t take their dog day of appointment and not call them beforehand. The issues my dog has had was already cleared with a vet, they were given a letter of approval to clear him for grooming. But then they proceeded to tell me there was no letter at all and they were never told anything. I need to start recording things for evidence in the future to avoid being lied to my face and I can show proof of their screwups. Just avoid going here for grooming for your own sanity. Horrible communication.

I ordered a couple of orders for curbside pickup. First of all half of my food order was cancelled cause they were out of stock. Second I got really sick before I could pick my orders up and they couldn’t even extend me a day to get them! The person I spoke to was kind enough to go ahead and cancel them for me but my nieces dogs didn’t get their treats and my little girl didn’t get her special dog food!

I guess overall the store is okay.. I remove about three dead fish a week from their beta section aquariums or well aquariums so most of the fish are alive but there are a few dead that are just laying there. Someone should monitor that. Also the reptiles if they don't find homes I mean isn't there a way that you may be able to do something in the store where they get auctioned off to a home and it makes it more of an appeal to somebody else rather than just 50% off? I'm not a huge fan of all adults or all spiders or hermit crabs or fish or kittens. However, if you're going to sell them in your stores, you should be liable to get them homes regardless. So I think it's unkind that I've named the bearded dragon that's in your store and watch him grow like four sheds. And it's not fun at home and I love bearded dragons and I have too but I have to. I don't need three but he needs a haul and that's not fair that you would see them for sale and not find them at home, especially at his age. It goes the same with the tortoises. It goes the same with the birds... Personally, the store is okay. There is so much more room for improvement, especially when dealing with live animals. I mean even attach food housing and everything with these animals that that would give them the ultimate appeal to find a home. They're not there to look. Cute. Of course they are cute... But they want to be pets or you want them to be pets. So make them pets. They would also probably help people get involved with what they like to eat and things that your store supplies. So give them a terrarium give them you know crickets for 6 months. Give them let them experience their animal and not have to worry about what they're going to do wrong or right because that's what you're supposed to do, especially if you're selling these animals. I'm sure other customers would agree I bet the employees would too.
