It was a great experience. Very professional personnel. A diagnosis on my 15 months Golden Retriever, with a bad left ear infection and doctors prescribed with the medicines, antibiotics and others to cure the infection. Now my Golden Retriever is doing much better. Great job doctors Thank you

I am so glad I switched to Dunnellon Animal Hospital. Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful, you could tell they cared about my fur baby. Finally after a few attempts for help at another vet and a mountain of cost ,my fur baby is now on the way to recovery. I feel so blessed that a friend lead me to them. Now it’s my turn to pass on the amazing experience I had yesterday. Affordable and they really help your fur babies get better. I am a forever client. I can’t thank them enough

I would have given it a zero star but obviously I have to do one star in order to submit the review I spend a customer there for close to 20 years and yesterday was the most horrible experience so far I had ordered a medication for my cat I was told a certain size on the product as well as a certain price however when I got there they wanted to give me half of the product amount for just about the same price as I was quoted I dealt with the technician Shelby she got very tasty and raised her voice which provided obviously no good customer service because she kept arguing with my point of view that I should have gotten what I had ordered and what was promised to me at the amount and the certain price as well Mary the office manager did not solve the issue instead they kept making a point that they themselves could not provide what their promised need a list to say I had to walk out without the medication for my cat because they wanted four times the price for half of the amount that I had to order from chewy.com which is a wonderful company at a quarter of the price for that same medication in fact they mentioned that I could have gotten the medication from Dunnellon animal hospital and they would have refunded me the difference of the price that they would have charged Dr Morgan is a fantastic doctor nothing against him whatsoever he's always been there very nice and friendly and knowledgeable and very professional I would give Dr Morgan it as 10 star since ever the company got taken over by a corporation the people that they employ at the front desk are mostly not patient and not that friendly Shelby that was so rude should not even be in the business of customer service whatsoever and neither should marry as she cannot make Fair decisions and stand up for what was promised to a customer from one of their employees

Needed vet services in Dunnellon for my GSD Jaxx. Everyone from the front desk, techs and doctor treated us with excellent care and respect! They retrieved my vet records from another state to get all of his background. They didn’t treat us as a number nor did they try to oversell us on things we didn’t need. They will now our primary vet! Excellent care and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!! Thank you!

I’ve been taking my fur baby here for a year. I started taking her there after I had adopted her because she turned out to have epilepsy long story short after trying to find the care that she needed for her condition. There were many times that my husband had to go pick up a prescription. My husband has an accent when he speaks, and every time he would go, he would tell me that he would be met with staff that had an attitude because they couldn’t understand him. Every time I went, it felt like the bare minimum was being done by the staff not the doctors. Recently, they made a business decision to no longer partner with third-party pharmacies. According to their pharmacy staff they sent out emails and only emails to advise the owners of this change. I guess they didn’t think about the fact that there’s people that don’t have access to their emails and if they don’t have access, how would they find out that they’re no longer partnering with third-party pharmacies. I had to find out the hard way not because I didn’t have access to my email, but because the email never came through. Weird thing is I have never received an email from them in the year that my dog had been going there. When I called to see why her prescription wasn’t being filled I was told the news. I was advised that I could come by and pick up the prescription and I also requested my medical records to be emailed. The pharmacy technician stated that she would have them emailed to me and confirmed that they had the correct email in file. This conversation happened on Wednesday. It is now Saturday and that email never came through. When I went to go pick up the prescription apparently all they did was write a note on her account stating to give me her medical records, and when I was handed the prescription, the doctor was not marked and they never put how much she supposed to take and how many pills the pharmacy was supposed to give me. It was very unprofessional. I myself work in a medical setting and I was just astonished that these things were not filled out and it just shows that changing vets was the right decision.
