After completing the first part of the training by the end of April, the store completely stopped responding. I called multiple times to schedule the remaining sessions — I was either told the trainer was unavailable, they were too busy, or someone would call me back. No one ever did. I paid for a full package and only received part of the service. This is unacceptable. I’ve since filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General due to the store’s lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the issue. I expected much better from a company like Petco. I would not recommend booking training services at this location.
