- IBisa bNov 3, 20251.0This place is honestly the worst petco ive ever been to. I have 2 dogs and we needed a groomer because our groomer wasn't here. Yesterday we had the appointment at 10:30 and then they tell us last minute they can only take one of our dogs and to make another appointment for my other dog the day after. we didn't want to argue and we just let them. When we got there to pick up our dog, the lady was finishing up with my dog and just trimming his ears and my dad was just taking a 5 second video of his ears being cut and then the lady started being super rude about recording just a 5 second video of her just trimming his ears. I then asked her politely to trim his ears a little more because his ears were very long, then she gave me attitude back saying well im just doing what the lady that called said which i never told her to keep his ears long. Then i looked closer at my dog when I got home and his haircut was choppy. Then today I went to go drop off my other dog today and our appointment was at 9 but we got there a little earlier, 15 minutes earlier and the sign in front says grooming opens at 8. We asked if they could get her started a little earlier because we had an urgent matter at 9:10 and then the lady answered with so much attitude and started arguing with me and how the groomer that was there can't just watch a "large" dog for 15 mins. My dog is a medium size goldendoodle.. she started arguing and then I just left. Never returning back to this petco.

These poor fish are kept in a plastic container with barely any water to swim around. This specific one was having a hard time even swimming to the surface, he kept sinking. Obviously something was wrong with him. i really wish people would treat animals (yes even fish) the way they would want to be treated. Other than that, this Petco is very nice and clean, I buy my dog’s food here. But hopefully they change in how they keep these fish, a simple google search will tell you this is NOT ok. If you cant keep them in proper tanks, then maybe you shouldnt sell them at all..
