She has always provided a superb Customer Experience to me, and it is one of the reasons I continue to shop at this site, eventhough there are two competitors nearby. Moreover, I noticed she was recently placed to manage the Aquarium area, and find the manner in which she has placed the plants in the tanks across the wall, instead of all bundled in the corner plant tank, creates a desire to buy the plants as they arranged very nice across the area you walk through. You have a great team there, Martin the Manager is also top tier, but Rose is in a league of her own on just being so incredibly nice/well-informed, and wears your colors Proud. Sincerely,

When I picked him up, he was extremely scared, nervous, and showing strange behavior. He wouldn’t even let me touch him for a while. The lady who provided the service told me, in a rude way, that my dog is not welcome anymore because he was “too anxious.” Even if that were true, that is not the way to treat our pets or their owners. I left feeling very disappointed and concerned about how he was handled. I believe this situation shows a lack of empathy and professionalism. Definitely not coming back.
