Fleas were visibly jumping around and crawling around the entire time. The only interaction we had with staff was a discussion about their monthly wellness plan. When I informed staff about the flea issue, it was laughed off and blamed on the previous dog, with no offer to switch rooms, no urgency, and no attempt to resolve the situation. After waiting over an hour for a doctor who never came, we finally left. I was prepared to sign up for their monthly plan as it seems to be a good fit for my family, but if this is the level of service and cleanliness to expect, I won’t be returning.
