Although I was late for consultation they’ attended Shuri and Phoebe with attention and professionalism. The nurse Alejandro is very attentive and caring with my pets. The receptionist Jeremy is very kind and polite. This place provides a very good service.

All the staff were very attentive and helpful. The Dr. Martell carefully explained everything related to my cat; he was very professional and very kind, as were the nurses and the front desk staff. They definitely provided me with excellent service. Thanks🐱

Save yourself time and money find yourself a better vet. Dr Adriana Diaz Ricciuti refused to see us stating that we were late for our appointment, mind you we called 20 minutes ahead to let them know we were running only 5 mins behind and they kept us on hold we get there 7 mins past our appointment time and they’re checking out someone else but of course that time is counted against us somehow? They took their sweet time checking the other person out of course and then proceeded to tell us we were over 15 minutes late and the Dr no longer had any availability to see us. They handled the situation very poorly all because the doctor was just in a rush to get home and didn’t feel like sticking to an already scheduled appointment over a difference of 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, they didn’t even have a set late policy we kept asking their late policy and she just kept responding that they understand but the doctor no longer has availability. It really doesn’t seem like they care for your pets, every time we go they want you in and out with barley any care for the animal. My dog has serious anxiety and get anxious when we get to the office so for us to get there for them to not honor the appointment and put our dog through that, horrible. Do better.

I do NOT recommend Banfield at all. This place is a disgrace to pet care. I brought my dog in for an emergency, and instead of focusing on saving his health, all they cared about was pushing their so-called “monthly plan” and how much money I was going to pay.
⚠️ Do NOT believe their payment plans. They sell them as if they were “insurance,” but that is a complete lie. When my previous dog passed away, they still forced me to keep paying for FIVE more months for this so-called “discount plan.” No compassion, no understanding — just money first.
Now, with my new dog, I hoped things would be different in an emergency. It wasn’t. They didn’t care about examining him or recommending the necessary treatment. Instead, they dumped a menu of tests and fees in front of me and basically asked me to “pick and choose” what I wanted to pay for. This is not Walmart — this is supposed to be medical care for animals who are part of our families.
I ended up leaving and driving over an hour to my trusted veterinarian, where my dog finally received the urgent care he needed — without being treated like a credit card swipe.
Banfield should be ashamed. They care more about selling plans than saving pets’ lives.
