- EMEma montoya-with one MApr 19, 20231.0went to a different petco because the one i use to work at was out of fish. i was met by bandon who was a very nice and hard work young man when he had to get some extra help from another employee ebony. i expressed my interest in an anemone even though it was dyeing. i didn’t ask for a discount or anything but ebony gave me such a hard time for understanding the process she said i couldn’t get it until 1 when i came when the doors opened because she didn’t want to get her hands too wet and brandon who was nice and helping me before she made him stop helping me. very confused on the whole process and when i asked her to help me understand she laughed at me i said fine i’ll go somewhere where they are nicer and she walked away. worst service ever brandon needs a raise to be able to work with her.
