It’s actually the third time this has happened at this Petco. They take my dog to the vet to get checked out so it was concerning enough for them to seek treatment but they don’t call to tell me. This all is communicated to me after I check out and give a tip. On top of being charge for something extra that I didn’t agree to. The groomer was Julius.

Deven was very patient listening to my concerns on the current state of walking my dog and explained everything he was recommending. The very 1st walk with the new harness and lease was a worlds improvement! It was fun walking my dog again. 🤩🐕🦺
- YMYvonne MorrisseyOct 20, 20255.0I want to give a big shoutout to Ryan at this Petco location because he is very helpful and knowledgeable with different foods to help me out when it comes to my dogs especially my picky pitbull. thank you for the recommendation of the food! he also helped my mom out with trying to figure out the problems my mom was experiencing with her dachshunds. Ryan even went above and beyond to help me return my bag of Purina Pro Plan food that had mold and bugs inside of it (that I used my rewards on to get) and contacted customer care to place the reward back to my account so I can get a new bag of food. thanks again Ryan! I really appreciate it!
