They always show up when they say they will, and the convenience of the mobile setup makes the whole process effortless. My 9-pound dog does great with them and never seems stressed afterward. One of my biggest concerns with traditional vet cleanings is the anesthesia requirement—especially with his small size and pre-existing heart condition. Their non-anesthetic process gives me total peace of mind. They get his teeth cleaned thoroughly, and the whole visit takes about an hour. Highly recommend!
