One of my biggest concerns with traditional vet cleanings is the anesthesia requirement—especially with his small size and pre-existing heart condition. Their non-anesthetic process gives me total peace of mind. They get his teeth cleaned thoroughly, and the whole visit takes about an hour. Highly recommend!
