- AVAbby ValoisDec 11, 20251.0WORSE NEW VET EVER!!! I accompanied my friend and her husband for an appointment for one of their pets to VETCO Coral Springs bc the Boca location was closed that day. I decided to write this review bc my friend won’t as she feels it will hurt Dr. Gardner’s feelings but I Think is important that Management finds this out. During the checkup she was told x-rays were needed and were quite pricey, she told Costas the dog had x-rays there before and were about $200, Costas responded that Dr. Gardner never priced anything correctly (clearly accusing Dr. Gardner, who is a wonderful vet of stealing money) my friend replied that Dr. Gardner was not even there, but it was a male doctor. We both discussed that hopefully Costas has proof since she is accusing Dr. Gardner of stealing from the company. Prior to that Costas accused her of telling the front desk, assistant Christopher, that she didn’t want him to touch her dog (many people were present and that never happened. She told him that her husband has claustrophobia and asked if it was ok if we could wait outside the room) after all Chris told us the vet was LYING, and that he was afraid for his job and that that was the reason for him not correcting the vet. This place used to be good when Dr. Gardner and Matthew were there, Matthew truly loves animals. He’s a professional and knows how to do his job contrary to the new crew that is there, starting with the manager You can contact me for further explanation, and I am willing to swear my statement. This vet Costas should not be accusing Dr. Gardner or anybody of stealing without any proof!
- BKB KappelAug 23, 20255.0They called me back to setup an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was taken into a clean exam room. The doctor and techs were very good with my cat Cheech. Doctor Costas gave him a thorough exam and did some blood tests. When the results came back the doctor called me the next day with a treatment plan. I thought it went very well. I would definitely go back.

- EEEZJul 16, 20251.0The new doctor here is awful. Terrible person and careless for loyal and long standing prior relationships with customers at this location. Not only did they lose this customer but they also cost Dr Garner their client. Vetco lost their entire system history and couldn't find any of my prior visits. They never update their customers if they plan to move the doctors that they have been seeing for years and grew a trusting relationship with. This is all a huge inconvenience.
