- BKB KappelAug 23, 20255.0They called me back to setup an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was taken into a clean exam room. The doctor and techs were very good with my cat Cheech. Doctor Costas gave him a thorough exam and did some blood tests. When the results came back the doctor called me the next day with a treatment plan. I thought it went very well. I would definitely go back.

Not only did they lose this customer but they also cost Dr Garner their client. Vetco lost their entire system history and couldn't find any of my prior visits. They never update their customers if they plan to move the doctors that they have been seeing for years and grew a trusting relationship with. This is all a huge inconvenience.

My dog had his last wellness visit in October 2024 and is up to date on all his vaccinations and checkups. He’s typically seen once a year, with his next visit scheduled for October 2025. I have an active Chewy subscription that auto-delivers his medication every six months. Unfortunately, my most recent order was canceled without explanation. I called Vetco on June 17th and was informed that a new veterinarian is now requiring all pets to be seen before approving prescriptions. This policy is confusing, as my dog is current on everything and not due for a visit until October. I requested to speak directly to the veterinarian, but the receptionist relayed the message instead. I was advised to go ahead and reorder the medication, and it would be approved. However, the order was canceled again. My dog has never gone without his medication. He is also my emotional support animal, so this delay is not only concerning for his health but also deeply upsetting for me. I reached out again on Friday, June 20th, and still haven’t received a response.
