- GNGabriel Nagar1 day ago1.0One star. I’ve been coming here for a while and even pay for their pet care plan, but after several bad experiences (with the same vet), I’m done with this location. Both times my dog was licking his paws until they were raw and bleeding, and I was told it was “normal” and not to worry. The minor medication prescribed didn’t work either time, and there was no follow-up or meaningful plan to actually solve the problem. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. I called on Wednesday (2/25) asking to speak with an office manager and never received a call back. I followed up again on Friday, and now it’s Monday - still nothing. For a national chain, the fact that there’s no visible upper management or anyone willing to address concerns is unacceptable. Pet owners beware - if something goes wrong, don’t expect anyone to step up and take responsibility. I will not be returning to this location.

Our appointment for her Bordetella vaccine was moved from 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM. We arrived on time, checked in at 1:20, and waited 45 minutes with no communication. Only at 2:17 did they finally tell us they didn’t have the vaccine at all. I drive a long distance because Luna feels safe here, so this was very frustrating and a complete waste of time. If they knew the vaccine wasn’t available, they should have told me before the appointment — not after nearly an hour of waiting. Very poor communication, and I’m seriously reconsidering trusting this location again.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
