  Wow, this is by far the best animal hospital I’ve ever taken my dogs to. Because of them, I finally felt confident enough to grow my crew from two dogs to three. Every question is answered, and help is always immediate, whether by phone or text, during business hours or after. It gives me peace of mind knowing that both my human and fur family have someone we can truly count on in Clermont. Thank you to the tech who helped me from start to finish, Marianna!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Veterinary Care – Highly Recommend PetVet 365! From the moment we arrived at PetVet 365, the experience was absolutely outstanding. My dog, Nala, was incredibly well received and cared for from the very beginning. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, you can truly tell they love what they do. The customer service and veterinary care were impeccable from start to finish. I have honestly never experienced this level of professionalism, kindness, and attention at any veterinary clinic before. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very welcoming, creating a calm and comfortable environment for pets. It doesn’t feel intimidating at all, they even have toys and treats, which made such a difference in helping Nala feel relaxed and happy. A very special thank you to Dr. Lori Gifford, who was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly caring. I also want to recognize technician Marianna, who was wonderful and took such great care of Nala with so much kindness and attention. You can tell they truly go above and beyond for their patients. Every single staff member was friendly, gentle, and attentive, treating Nala with so much love and respect throughout the entire visit. This was, without a doubt, the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had, and I will definitely be bringing my other dog, Nina, here as well.   I had a great experience with this vet and truly felt supported during a very stressful moment with my dog Pupi. From the moment we arrived, the team was kind, attentive and very thorough. They took the time to run the necessary tests, explain what they were seeing and guide me on the next steps without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I really appreciated how compassionate and professional they were throughout the entire visit. Even after the appointment, they followed up to check on Pupi, which meant a lot to me. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. Thank you for taking such good care of Pupi, I’m very grateful for your help and support 🥰

  Writing this from Veterinary Emergency Group. My dog Norman is here dying. He visited your facility about a month ago for a hot spot issue (never resolved by the way after $300 spent with you!!). I specifically asked about his breathing and acting off. You checked his heart and said “heart sounds good!” I know we have brought this issue up multiple times with you (check your notes). Well, he is now experiencing heart failure! He has been deteriorating for a week now and couldn’t make it to a vet appt at a new office in time. I don’t trust you anymore. You may have a cute concept going on but if you’re not able to hear a heart murmur then what are you doing? Within 20 seconds of listening to his heart the vet here said he had a heart murmur. Then they did an ultrasound and said his heart was massive. He may not make it through the night because you didn’t do your job. You’re only good for overpriced routine vaccines and that’s it. PET OWNERS BEWARE!!
