  I had to take my girl Apollo to get her heart worm test updated. Our tech Hagen was very kind and attentive. She made the whole processes super smooth. She insured that the whole appointment stayed positive for Apollo which I extremely appreciate.

  Although the service was speedy. And Hagen was very helpful and sweet to both me and my boy, I hate to admit that i was very disappointed on 2 accounts. 1: i had to Take my dog to urgent care the day of my visit because a swab of his ear was failed to be given and instead i was told to clean his ear and watch for infection or mites. I was not offered to get his ears checked. And So i ended up paying for two separate visits for my dog when i could have saved money and got it done and not have been worrying like hell what might be wrong with my dog’s ears after taking the vets advice thinking i may have done damage to his ears. urgent vet ended up telling me he did have an infection that the vet failed to miss. 2: I got a call December 23rd about my results for my dogs fecal test and his prescription being ready for pick up. I asked what time they closed due to holiday hours and they told me they closed at 6PM. I worked that day and so i got there as soon as I could. I got there around 5:40 PM and they were already closed after telling me I had until 6PM. And they didn't pit my prescription to the side for someone in Petco to handle if they were leaving. They left me to wait till the 26th because they were closed for christmas eve and christmas day. This makes me worried for a medical emergency and I feel like that makes this location unreliable. No one treated me horribly but I felt like more could have been done to prevent me from paying for two visits. As well as being there for my dog after getting paid for his visit. I still have not gotten any information on blood tests requested for my dog. I unfortunately do not feel like I can rely on them to care for my dog medically.

  Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital Clermont FL gave excellent care to my 12 week old Yorkshire Terrier puppy. Nate the Vet assistant and Dr Keener were very kind and knowledgeable and I felt very confident in my puppy’s care. The follow up call by Dr Singh was informative as well. I highly recommend Vetco Clermont for pet care. Thank you !

  Idk if it was because i was black but yesterday the curly hair girl was treating me like i was broke and after i said nvm tried handing me a paper for cheaper clinics??😂 I said nvm because of her behavior and not telling me the side effects of the rabies shots for my two cats. I wouldnt be there if i didnt have alot of money. 1 star service.

  Don’t waste your time. Go to an actual vet or groomer. I have made 3 appointments and been turned away upon arrival. 1 from the vet and 2 from the groomer. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. The people are rude and lazy.
