- CCCasey CrawfordNov 11, 20251.0They do not listen, the tech is rude and doesn’t seem to know how to handle animals or even take a proper temp or record weight properly. The vet Told me my cat felt like she had an obstruction in her urinary tract even though I told them she hadn’t had any issues with that, she was using her litter box and drinking fine, and she was vomiting. Tried to get me to get an xray. I told them her history and that this has happened before, the refused to treat her. Paid $85 for nothing and went to the ER vet where she urinated immediately.

He answered all questions and he and Nate were very prompt and kind. Nate explained all medications that were prescribed to Hank and took his time with us. Thank you both so much for taking such good care of Hank!
