  We absolutely love PetVet365 Clermont! We cannot recommend them enough! They have taken such amazing care of us and our dog Lulu from day one. What truly stands out is how much they genuinely care. They always check in before and after appointments, quickly respond to our texts and questions, and make sure we feel supported every step of the way. Scheduling is always easy and they consistently get us in as soon as possible. Lulu was spayed here and the entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The follow up and communication afterward were incredible and gave us so much peace of mind. Before finding PetVet365, we tried three other vets and never had a great experience. We were either waiting forever, struggling to get responses, or felt like Lulu (our German Shepherd) made them nervous, which in turn stressed us and Lulu out. With PetVet365, it’s the complete opposite, we never wait long, they always answer the phone or reply quickly, and they are truly Fear-Free, which makes such a huge difference. Their rooms are big and spacious, comfortable for everyone, they have toys for the dogs and so many other things to keep them busy and stress free during their visit. They treat Lulu like their own dog. She even gets pup cups every visit and now doesn’t mind going to the vet anymore, which says everything! We are so grateful to have found this team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, responsive, and stress-free veterinary clinic.

  From the very first visit with my dog Benji, PetVet365 has completely redefined what great veterinary care should look like. There is truly nothing like the level of care and compassion you get here. Every team member treats you and your pet like family. Dr. Lori Gifford is absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction. She takes the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident. You never feel rushed, and you always feel heard. Benji used to be nervous at the vet, but at PetVet365, he walks in excited for belly rubs, treats, and the calm, fear-free environment they’ve created. The entire staff is warm, gentle, and incredibly attentive, which makes such a difference. If you want a vet who genuinely cares, goes above and beyond, and treats your pet as their own, Dr. Lori Gifford and the PetVet365 team are unmatched. We trust them completely and recommend them without hesitation! 🐾💙

  1st time here, love the you wait in the car to be called in for the visit, makes it easier us as pet owners and our dog. Amazing experience staff and Dr Gifford were very helpful and very knowledgeable made us and our dog Marshall feel safe and he was so happy to be there. Love that the rooms are private and very dog friendly. It allowed him to get familiar and be more comfortable with the environment before Dr came in. Recommend 1000% definitely will be bringing our other pets here! Thank you for creating a vet office unique from traditional ones and allowing our pets to thrive coming to a ver visit, this space is all about them as it should always be. Prices were reasonable and they don’t push you to do things out of your budget.
