My name is Dr. Lori Gifford and I own PetVet365 Clermont in Clermont, FL along with Dr. Laura Click. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

Amazing experience staff and Dr Gifford were very helpful and very knowledgeable made us and our dog Marshall feel safe and he was so happy to be there. Love that the rooms are private and very dog friendly. It allowed him to get familiar and be more comfortable with the environment before Dr came in. Recommend 1000% definitely will be bringing our other pets here! Thank you for creating a vet office unique from traditional ones and allowing our pets to thrive coming to a ver visit, this space is all about them as it should always be. Prices were reasonable and they don’t push you to do things out of your budget.

The wait time inside their little rooms was quite long around 35-40min but that did not bother me it gave me time to get my cat adjusted to the new environment. My cat Ella was stress peeing and I wanted a regular check up to make sure things were okay. Turns out she is fine and healthy. They recommended anxiety meds whenever I need to and I can schedule that online and just pick up if needed since you have to wait in your car, which is awesome! My 1st visit wellness exam fee was $85. I expected it would be somewhere between $50-$100 for a new patient fee. There was no hidden fees as some suggested in these other reviews and they told me upfront any charges or pricing for future matters or concerns. They also have multiple posters on their walls about promotions, fees or charges. I believe they are very transparent and I enjoyed my 1st visit. I will be back again.
