  I would give zero stars because i'm very upset about my delivery. Buyers bewewware they use doordash for delivery. I had a young girl and her boyfriend that complained that they had to bring at fifty pound bag of dog food to my house proceeded to call me fat and lazy that I could have went.And got it little.Do they know what is going on in my life?And why I wasn't able to go and pick it up myself. Truly rude this is their job.I don't know why they're complaining.They knew what they were getting into when they signed up for the pickup. Because of doordash I will not order from patco again. And I don't know if I'll continue still doing business with you guys after the experience.I've had.

  It is a total disaster if you are looking to get your pet vaccinated. They sell you the complete package, but after the second visit, they never call or notify you that you have to schedule your next appointment yourself—because that is just how this company operates! Consequently, in that scenario, you will miss your third appointment—the most important one of all—and when you try to inquire about it, they will refer you to the call center, where you will never receive any proper assistance! So, be very careful! My advise: Do not go to the Vetco clinic at Petco. Instead, look for a clinic where they provide the best treatment and guide you through everything you need.

  I went to this store Saturday afternoon to attend the dog food tasting event that was supposed to take place at this location. I asked the cashier where the dog food tasting was taking place & she no idea what I was talking about. She checked with her manager and told me that were not doing it at that store. The Petco email did say was happening at participating stores, but there was no way to tell which store was doing it. I asked the cashier what store was holding the event and again she had no idea what stores were doing it. I would think that the manager would have known what store in the area was doing the event as her store was not and would have told the cashier. Very disappointed in their customer service. I guess if you want to go to one of these events you have to call all the stores in the area to figure out if I want to go.

  The staff was nice, the products were typical for what you'd expect. The smell in store is horrendous. The smell evokes the imagery of 50+ dirty litter boxes baking in a desert. I couldn't stand it and had to wait outside for my party to finish shopping. Which we drew straws to see who had to make the purchase and stay longer inside. Bad.
