- ABAngela BFeb 21, 20221.0It seems to be a common problem here that dogs get cut and their owners are not informed. We had been seeing Erica but when she left another groomer was recommended to us. We told the new groomer that our dog had previously been cut up at a different groomers and that we understand that people make mistakes but if he did get cut to let us know. Turns out our dog was not only cut up on his belly, but his nail was cut so short he was bleeding. We were not informed of either of these things. The manager called us and acted like he wasn’t cut up when he was being groomed, but we obviously did not cut our dog!! Please look elsewhere for your dog grooming needs because they obviously don’t care about your pets like you do.
